But Hughes has worried me for a long long time (as previously stated on here) and now I'm getting seriously concerned about the board. I'd like to show Tony a DVD of Hughes best efforts as a manager and then ask him if that is what he really wants for his new club - never mind the fact that at the moment we're a long way off even those standards.

The alarm bells started ringing when we got AJ and left DJ out the squad

Looking at there goals records DJ is much better and now scoring goals for Ipswich

Should have never gone for AJ but looked for a much better striker and should have included DJ in the squad

So many other inconsistencies that have already been mentioned in this thread and the backroom staff seem clueless too

Bosingwa is a better player than Onouha but his attitude is appalling. He is clearly not trying, the body language, the lack of concentration with his general play yesterday was evident for all to see. I genuinely believe he and Traore really couldn't care less if we won, lost or drew. Neither are good defenders either.

Never seen Cisse hold the ball up. Never seen Zamora get behind a defence.

Adel's work rate has improved, but he just doesn't know what to do. A couple of times yesterday he jogged back and totally left his man, half heart looking like he was trying. Just about deserves a place for the quality he has going forward. What a miss that was yesterday though.
