    it's a shambles
    no leader
injuries ( muscle pulls are a training issue)
he does not go onto the training pitch
are our coaches up to it
    poor defending at set pieces
    too many free headers
the club is being built around hughes and his agent, with so much investment and no return, how much longer can this go on?
a quarter of the season gone and still bottom 3.
    confidence is low, fans unhappy
and bowlocks to this "how far we've come..." this goes wrong and it's pompey 2!

What are you talking about.... i've seen plenty of shots of him on the training pitch.

Also, you thnk "Ary's" the answer.... well he had stupid amount of coaches on the payroll training the team, Clive Allen, Les Ferdinand, Tim Sherwood, Kevin Bond, Joe Jordan... so maybe he doesn't fit your mould either.

One thing the mod hasn't mentioned are all of the dreadful misses by our players which have cost us points! I just watched the Adel chance again and I would have bet money on him scoring anytime in that position, Hoilett vs Spurs, Mackie vs Arsenal and the list goes on! There is only so much Hughes can do about those misses and I would argue that if half of them had been scored we might not be having this discussion!

Playing devils advocate; the save from Adels attempt was top class.

Adels was a dreadful miss?! Dont think so - it was an outstanding save by their keeper

From the stand i thought that, but when i saw the replay from behind Adel, you can see he barely got the shot wide of the keeper and it was pretty much straight at him, and thereofre a really poor finish from the position he was in. I thought he'd just pass it in the bottom right corner as he faced the goal after turning inside the defender and opening it up. The keeper would've had no chance.

That's what I saw, I think he should have scored and so does Rodney Marsh FWIW!

Was a very poor finish. And he knew it. Should have just put his foot through it and the keeper would have had absolutely no chance.

what's to be positive about? it's clear for all to see..we can't defend set pieces....it's not luck or all bad decisions..arsenal were all over us, cesar made many top saves and the same v chelsea
if wrong about hughes and the training sessions, then that makes it worse! i got the info from a decent sauce...
and i didn't mention the chelsea links.....i want a change now, harry in.
some must be real optimists to think with no wins in 10, we can win say 10 in 28 and with no away wins under hughes, yeah i am really hopeful.
                        but how far we've come..lol
if you are happy, good and wonderful. i am positive for a future when we have warren farm up and running and can then develop a yth academy and future talent..a new ground can wait.

Agree with everything the Modfather says and i don know how you pro hughes lovers can actually defend his record,we are going down get used to it and we certainly do not need a new stadium for the likes of the championship,TF is going to back MH to the hilt and its his money so at the end of the day down to him,we just have to suffer it week in week out, going to be a very, very long season !!

Not pro Hughes; just don't see what will be gained by creating more instability at the moment.

In fact, I was never excited at the prospect of MH coming to us; but he is here now & as difficult as it is to stay positive; I am trying.
