  • Had enough, Hughes must go

Obvious the team have given up playing for him

Get someone in new who will get the respect from the players

Tired of seeing Hughes crossing his arms with a look of bewilderment every match

    Time to go

It is quite clear now, that he isn't a great tactitian and what Bowen and Nedwieski do on the training ground is clearly little or nothing. Time to look elsewhere.

I think you could be right about tactics and training.

QPR do not seem to adapt to what is happening during a game and are not very coherent at set pieces, either defending or attacking them.

Hughes seems to be stuck on a 4-4-2 approach even when things are not going well. Take today for example, Reading seemed to have been controlling the midfield, and Mackie, for all his effort just wasn't posing a real threat. Yet Hughes waited until the 81st minute to make any sort of change. I wanted Faurlin on at half time in place of Mackie, and switching to a 4-3-3 with Hoilett and Taarabt playing more centrally.

QPR took short corners every time, simply because there was no real target in the box to aim for against Reading's big players. But because there is no real tactics with these they produced nothing. If you don't have big targets in he area the least you need to have is good movement .

Never saw TF in directors box for the 2nd half he was in the front row in the 1st. Hopefully he was on the blower making final arrangements for our next manager
