QPR do not seem to adapt to what is happening during a game and are not very coherent at set pieces, either defending or attacking them.

Hughes seems to be stuck on a 4-4-2 approach even when things are not going well. Take today for example, Reading seemed to have been controlling the midfield, and Mackie, for all his effort just wasn't posing a real threat. Yet Hughes waited until the 81st minute to make any sort of change. I wanted Faurlin on at half time in place of Mackie, and switching to a 4-3-3 with Hoilett and Taarabt playing more centrally.

QPR took short corners every time, simply because there was no real target in the box to aim for against Reading's big players. But because there is no real tactics with these they produced nothing. If you don't have big targets in he area the least you need to have is good movement .
Good post should have started 4-3-3 and really gone for it. Mackie for all his effort is not a premier league player and so right about the Subs, Hughes is so slow to react to anything happening n the pitch. Have defended him until now but something has to change or we will be relegated before Christmas.

I've never once called for a manager to go, but after that 1st half performance Hughes has to go.

No passion, no direction & no idea.

We didnt win any headers or any knock downs. We were 2nd to everything. We stood off them like an away team. Every cross into our box was knocked down and we just stood and watched.

No pressing, no urgency and from what I can see, no tactics.

Wtf ate we doing in training?

Can no member of the management team see how bad we are at defending crosses and corners?

If they can't see where the problems are, then they don't deserve to be managing our club.

I hate slating the manager, and don't particularly like Redknapp, but if we stay with Hughes there is only 1 place we will end up.

Time to change. Before it is too late

Praying for the yellow ticker on Sky Sports news to appear saying that Bookies have suspended betting on Harry becoming next QPR manager. Thats usually a sure sign something is going on in the background

Please god its the sabbath grant us a miracle

TF needs to listen to the fans now

You cant lose this many games with the talent we got

Its not about pride but have to admit we got it wrong, we all wanted Hughes but it aint worked out and its not going to happen with him

Lets get Harry in now before Christmas to have a chance of not struggling with a relegation battle by then
