As a supporter, all i want is to see great players coming to the club I love.If agents earn well out of it,then so be it.But for us to be top of that "league" so far this calendar year does not seem to reflect the signings we have made.If we do get Beckford, then great.

So your contribution after 9 posts so far is just to insult fellow posters. If you don't like the opinion of other I advise you to find another board as your actions will not be tolerated for too long.

So "pillock" is now offensive is it?

                  "Noun
                  Singular
                  pillock
                  Plural
                  pillocks

                  pillock (plural pillocks)

(British, mildly pejorative, slang) a stupid or annoying person; simpleton; fool.
In some parts of Yorkshire (England) a pillock is a large sharpning stone for a sicle"
QBP 20th August 2009..."To be fair, I'm glad we are top of the table (for agents fees). Shows we are not a selling club anymore."

I'm not offended, but his contribution is hardly useful.

His last post, 2 weeks ago was a four letter word beginning with "w".

Of course it's very difficult to judge whether we are being had over by agents, when we have no idea what they relate to. And if reports such as the one released today don't actually break down these charges, I'm really struggling to see what good purpose they serve, except an exercise in accountancy (for which further hefty fees are no doubt being levied).

They may well relate to fees for negotiating extended contracts for existing players, but of course as our club doesn't bother telling us when players contracts are extended anymore, they leave themselves open to the sort of questions that we have here.
