  • Reasons to be cheerful

Some god points made by Savage and glad for once someone is actually looking at how we're playing & setting up instead of just jumping on the bandwagon.

It sounds pretty simple, but in my opinion all we need is 1 win and we won't look back. We badly need a change of luck too.

Very good article. I completely agree we are starting to see the start of a great side.

Very good article. This rubbishes that M'bia article IMO.

I was not expecting him to come out with some of that.

I have this feeling that the "Mbia" sending off will cost Mark Hughes his job. If he had not of done that, I feel we would have picked up the points start at Reading. Now I feel with him out the side, a new player in, going to go wrong at the back again.

Mbia should get fined heavy for that silly challenge.

Fair play to him for that. I normally can't stand Savage, but he has taken the time to fully analyse the game and explain logic based on first hand experience. Was a good read.

i also and not too concerned yet as think 1 win will trigger more almost immediately and things will look so much different. If we're bottom in 2 months time its worth panicking, not yet. I noticed yesterday we were only 6 points behind Liverpool in mid table.... yes early days, but we have shown enough to know when it turns we can match or better the form of sides around us and mve up the league.

Yes, an excellent article! I tend to agree with you about the red, not only did it cost us a probable point at Highbury but we now go in to crucial matches with a weakened defence! M'Bia was starting to look very solid in the center of the back 4, now we're back to a defence which leaked 3 goals at home to Reading already this season!

It's as simple as this you only get what you pay for, in our case trouble for trouble

I hope you're wrong, but it seems like M'bia has proved you right already...

A decent article although 1 that is a little biased, due to his clear friendship and respect for his old gaffer Mark Hughes.

Tbh Mbia should be fined 3wks wages because I can't stand that kind of red card as Savage noted.

We would accept a bad tackle although lunges from Diakite is a sign of taking stupid risks and we certainly aren't in a position to have a player flying into tackles, although I have seen improvement in Samba and he add some much needed aggression.

I wasn't happy with the arsenal performance, I felt we showed them far too much respect and offered very few chances.

We need to keep a settled side and I would play Park instead of SWP.

People talk about faurlin and say hughes is wrong to drop faurlin but the side needs balance and I don't see how Faurlin fit's into the side, For me Samba and Granaro are a far better combination and complement each other well. We can't keep changing the side. Although the performance wasn't great we need to decide on our strongest line up because it seems far to easy to pick around 3 or 4 difference sides.
We have used more players than any other side in the premier league and this clearly highlights a major issue.

Also forget Harry Redknapp who is grossly overrated. There is no manager out there that would be an improvement on Hughes and his staff.
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Superb article from a real unlikely source.

But its exactly what I've been thinking!

Savage said everything was going to come down the middle and we were ready for it. I disagree with that as Arsenal completely overran us there, and why I believe we should've played Ale in there as well.

Not a bad article at all and as said, from an unlikely source.
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.
