I don't think that Beckford is worth a £5M gamble, but would offer £2M. I also think that Jackson could be worth a bid of £1M. How about if QPR offer Agyemang or Helguson as part of the swap deal.
Although I doubt they would agree to dropping down a division, they might have second thoughts if Magilton were to tell them they would not even get a sniff of 1st team football if they refuse.

What he said. Even if we are trying we aren't prepared to gamble enough. I have no doubt that Chopra is on more money than any other player at Cardiff and he is proving why you have to break the bank. Nobody at Cardiff right now can say he shouldn't be the highest earner. If we wanted Tommy Smith then we should be prepared to spend the money to get him. It was the same with Lita, same with Cox, same with Evans - if we wanted them we would have spent the money.
