Hi all,
Not many posts but a long time lurker of these boards and before any of you start bumping your gums about this not being QPR or football related, I can tell you that I'm a life long R's fan and half of it is football related.

Next year I'm running the 2013 London Marathon and I'm running for Help for Heroes and my local kids football team, Wareham Rangers Youth FC (told you there was a football link).

Great cause mate well done for getting involved, when you think what these boys and girls have to go through it really hits home . Got a mate who was mentally destroyed while serving so ill have a gander
