No-one is looking at the bigger picture with Tarrabt. I keep hearing he is a midfielder, no-one I repeat no-one was saying that last season when he played for us against Bristol City. When he has moved out left wing, he has been much less effective.
So what you are saying is that is Taraabt has been effective upfront? So what is the role of a striker? To score goals? To make assists?

Cardiff have played both Blackpool and Plymouth like we have and in those games Chopra scored 4 goals. How many did Taraabt score against the same opposition?

Taraabt played once upfront against Bristol City in a seven appearances last season and that makes him a striker??

Chopra would never have sign for us on a permanent basis, Sunderland were able to write off £2million of what was owed from the oustanding transfer fee by selling him back to Cardiff......don't know why we are having this debate.

This debate has changed from the original point of the thread to proving to Pete the importance of having a quality striker.

Someone mentioned the Rangers striker the other day going to Bristol City. He is now out for the season

Why do you all think it's about money, not everyone is greedy. There are a load of factors that could of influenced his decision not come to QPR. Having said that we still need a striker or two. Taarabt is not a striker END OFF.
Opinions are like A******s, everyone has one, but nobody wants to see the other guy's.
