take the points about 20 goal strikers but we haven't got 10-12 goal strikers either and whilst Granero, Park, Faurlin, Diakite etc look good, I don't think they'll get 10 between them all season, so we need to go out and break the bank to get in the right man otherwise lack of goals allied to sh.. defence is going to cost us big time

Last year Cisse scored 6 in 8 incomplete games.... actually averaging a goal about every 100 mins on the pitch i think it was. This season he has not been his usual self, but i think he needs a run of games. But you seriously think he wouldn't get 10-12 all season, if given the games...???

I agree about the midfielders though... .not many goals there, poss 5 from Granero, Park, Diakite... plus hoilett will get some along with Taarabt.

Cisse's track record in England has always been a prolific start followed by very inconsistent scoring, partly the reason most clubs move him on, not to mention he has a few loose paving stones!

Not sure that's fair. At Liverpool he suffered a horrific leg break, and a at Sunderland was only on loan for a season. It could happen with us that way, but without him starting we'll never get the chance to find out.

I'd love to see Cisse start also, but I think he needs Zamora to play off. He's not a target man himself.

So, to play both, someone from midfield has to make way - who from yesterday's starting XI would you drop Stan ?

it's a tough choice, but goals win games and as he is the only forward likely to score 10 or more league goals in a season, he has to play. Even if it means Hoilett or Park get dropped and Faurlin stays on the bench.

Diakite and Granero for me a starters in midfield and I would consider Faurlin alongside them in central midfield. Then add Taarabt playing behind Zamora and Cisse.

i think cisse and zamora must start all games,yesterday i would have played hoilet as a midfield player then i would put our best three midfield players

our defence would consist of what hughes thinks is the best that we have

but yesterday we should have left zamora and cisse on but brought on mackie in place of nelson

whith qpr hunting out goals we should have won yesterday
