We are crying out for 2 centre backs and another centre forward. They are the priorities. If we keep conceding sloppy goals we will never win a game. Too hard at this level to come back from 2 goals down in games.

Think the defence isn't looking too shabby, individual mistakes aside.

What I think we need is a goal scoring forward, and someone on the flanks who can actually put crosses into the box.

The board should not be looking anyfurther than the Soton home game, if we are still bottom after that then they should be looking for a new manager. For all the positives we still can't win even when playing well vs 10 men.
