  • How many times do I need to keep mentioning...

Cisse being a complete tos ser.

Ok only played 15mins but when he came on did anyone actually think the bloke would make a difference.

I couldn't give a toss about his personal problems, he is a professional football that is playing like a sunday league player. His lazyness means he can't even be bother to get himself back on side. Seriously at the moment he is a complete waste of a place in the 25. I'd rather see mackie and that's saying something.

Also I got picked up on saying Darren Bent is a pile of ****e. Well villa and bent are utter turd and I wouldn't pay 1m let alone 6. Don't want to act like a 'I told you so' but come on, some of you on here couldn't be more naive!
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

      Bit harsh.

Apart from getting himself offside a few too many times he seemed ok to me and certainly had an impact. If a couple of the balls played into him had less weight and didn't allow Howard to smother them, he'd have probably scored at least 1. Did anyone else at any point in the game before he came on get behind the Everton defence at all? HE did a few times as plays on the shoulder making the runs for such balls to come. Inevitably he will sometimes time it wrong, or the pass doesn't get released on time so he's offside.... not always the strikers fault by the way.

Not gonna do that unless the manager starts playing him from the start.

Far too much of a luxury for a team in the bottom 3

If the manager had that logic last season we'd have got relegated because nobody else scored the goals to keep us up.

Cisse is certainly a disappointment this season, lost track of how many times I cursed him for being offside, but to call the man a t o s s e r is overkill IMHO. Even if we are quick to forget his vital contribution in the spring, we can't write him off this season. He certainly seems hungry but he never gets to start matches nowadays and he does not seem to be an impact sub of the Mackie calibre. I want to see him start a match, why not against Arsenal, what have we got to lose
Banning people is no longer my hobby,
but take a look at my photo blog:

Against swansea he looked unfit to me. Whatever is happening in his personal life, it's effecting his fitness and sharpness. He has been offside more times this season than most of last. I can't believe you can find any positives from cisse. Blokes let us all down and last season was last season

We have to play Cisse from the start against Arsenal, he will get space to run behind their back 4 and he will score I just know it. What I don't want to see is him playing wide like in that shocking 4-3-3 we used at Stamford Bridge.

Fair post Kirill but I have just seriously lost patients with the bloke

He got behind em cause he ignored the offside trap del Must admit said it earlier he is not the player we had last year..and it's not even close offsides he was miles off today

ir we are picking our best team, Cisse won't be in it.
his track record, which I've looked up, is very poor after the initial burst of goals following a transfer
if he had a longstanding , consistent record, clubs would be keepnig him, wouldn't they?

He was also on and in a few times only for the pass to be too heavy.

I think Hughes is underestimating Cisse this season. I think Cisse can be instrumental this season, like he was last season. Cisse needs to start games and he may well prove the missing link between our current relegation form and our desired survival form.
