As for Cisse he was and has been awful and I mentioned it on the match thread, not that I'm slaggin him off, he just doesn't seem himself, but BZ has had a good game.........
All about opinions. You say unbelievable, but everything I've said is accurate. There were countless times he messed up very simple passes or poorly controlled balls and we lost posession. I wouldn't comment except some of them weren't even played in with any pace. He should do better.

Yes he did play people in a few times, but you can't highlight the good points without accepting the bad.

Also, considering he's the "big man" up front he wins very dew headers also.

As for people saying support him or get behind him, I do, but he is capable of a lot more so should be able to do the basics.

Hughes got team spot on today. We now need a decent run of games together.

Zamora dont suit our set up anymore

He dont play well with Taarabt were as Cisse, Hoilett and Taarabt play very well together as they can read the ball better

Zamora dont have that vision and needs ball knocked up high to him to knock it onto someone else which is not the type of striker we need

Yeah fair enough it is all about opinions I put that badly........... but we haven't got another man to do what he does, but above all I think what he did good out weighs the mistakes....I don't recall any

It's all about opinions isn't it.
I thought Zamora was decent 1st half. We were playing plenty of balls into his feet, which he was laying off for others to run onto and causing trouble.
2nd half, Moyes stuck someone in front of Bobby to prevent it happening and he was played out of the game.
                Jagielka was superb today btw.

I thought so too. Had Jagielka & Distin on him most of the game. People are quick to highlight his mis placed passes but I can remember plenty of lovely little one twos he played with Tarbs / Hoilet / Granero when the ball was played into him but they dont get mentioned. Tarbs & Hoilet also lost the ball a few times & played mis placed passes, all players do, but it only even seems to get brought up when its somebody in the sapegoat category, which BZ firmly is. Gets a right bum deal by some fans IMHO.

Cisse has been poor but let's not forget djib has been reported as going through a divorce at present and with young kids that a rough old time . I know he gets paid a lot of doe but he is also a human being and if his head is not with it at the moment there's not a lot we can do other than support our man . Perhaps If sparky hadnt mugged off dj by making him train with the kids we'd have other options but he did and now we haven't . Simples

How many did DJ score for us?? I think there are some very rose tinted glasses looking back down memory lane. Not saying he shouldn't be given a chance but I do remember him missing an absolute sitter v Man U I think and if memory serves the majority of this board were baying for his head then

Think that's harsh. He gets credit when it's due. His marking in our own box was abysmal today. I would have him in team over cisse any day of week though. All about opinions though

All about opinions mate tbh I've always defended dj and think he deserves another crack with quality service . Scored a few for Blackpool and they didn't have half the creative talent we have . Think he'd do well

Nothing to do with scapegoats Matty, in fact I normally stick up for the usual scapegoats, as I've done with SWP of late when he's been a long way off our worst performer. I'm just calling it as I see it.

Zamora is a handful for defenders yes but he isn't dominant in the air and instead prefers it to chest or feet and then his touch let's him down. We clearly want to play into feet and work off but I don't think it suits his game. It wasn't the odd few today, there were plenty of unforced errors which led to Everton regaining posession, even slow easy balls into him not ones arriving at 100mph.

The best link up striker this season was AJ against Chelsea who can come short and play the quick, sharp, accurate interplay and suits this style.
