Controversial I know as GP is a favourite of many on here ...but surely we can't keep blaming and getting rid of managers ...maybe we need to look higher up at who is signing/sanctioning signings of players ...because if that person can't see we needed a striker or two this summer they surely ain't doing their job properly ...managers seem to come and go why not the Director of Football?
