Harry won't do it for us without spending a shedload in January. I think we have the quality in the squad to stay up and Hughes will have till Xmas to get us into a more comfortable position. We are by no means adrift at the bottom and a couple of wins will put us in good stead. We are only 2 points off 17th and if we had 6 points at this stage we'd still only be 3 points away from bottom 3. Would people be calling for Hughes' head if that were the case.
Tough opening fixtures (we had the hardest opening fixtures of any club), injuries mainly in defence and new faces needing to click have contributed to where we are. These excuses(?) are over with now. The international break means more time for regrouping and getting confident about systems and tactics. The next 7 games are going to be more telling in terms of what kind of season lies ahead for us. URs
