  • Just got back.........my views..........

Normally I would wait a couple of days to say something about the game but f**k me tonight I had to get it off my chest!

We have had 3 easy games to get at least 6/7 points from and we have got 2! Both Dowie and Sousa did better! Magilton is a manager who is going to drive us mad which is something which the Ipswich fans I know said to me.

When he became manager one of the first things he must have done was to see some dvds of us last season. He must have realised taht our back 5 were excellent so why oh why does he change it! How can you leave people like Gorks (tonight), Stewart and Connolly on the bench. They were superb last season. Fitz Hall is now becoming one of the worst players to ever play for us at centre half. His distribution is absolutely dreadful! All he does is a cross field long ball pass! Sooooooooooooooooooooo predictable!

What did Gorks do, to get dropped tonight? He was unlucky he scored an own goal on Sat! Ramage, i give up with him. His distribution is soooooooo poor and Borrowdale, please stop punting it down the line!

But please can we buy a striker...................we knew last season we had the foundations of a good side but lacked a striker. We sold our top scorer and have not replaced him. Bristol City gambled on a striker in the league below us and he gave us problems all night and smashed home the winner. That is the difference in this league.

Faurlin made his debut and did alright but it was clear it is going to take him a while to adjust to the pace of the Championship..............can we afford to wait? Would it have been better to spend 3.5 million on someone proven in this country like a centre forward?

Why drop Helgusson from Sat after he had scored? Try and build his confidence up! Agymang cannot play the lone striker! For a big man he can't jump which is pathetic!

Leighterwood's passing was once again bloody awful. Does he know we play in blue and white?

Tarabat........... please start to pass at the right times.

Buz........a good game again but totally wasted when he was put out wide.

I'm not gonna keep banging on but tonight boiled down to yes we missed some good chances from Tarabat when he hit the post and Leighterwood when he hit the post but we need to sign a striker who can put the ball in the f**king net! Come on board, I go every week, I can see it but can you?

And please Rangers fans, can you take off your rose tinted glassed and realise we are NOT as good as we think we are!

2 points from 3 average teams in our league is pathetic! Previous managers didn't last long, let's hope you treat Magilton the same as Sousa!

Notts Forest is now an absolute must win because Scunny will not be easy!

Let's hope by then the board have bought us someone like Beckford!

Rant over and cheers Rangers for ruining yet another away day!

The plus side was an excellent support from the fans..........at least we care!

I will always say it how it is! Not happy tonight! The board and Magilton need to realise they are their own worse enemy!

Why drop Gorks, Stewart and Connolly who were all superb last season?

Why can't we buy a top centre forward?

i have always said faurlin is not the messiah, and needed to spend between 5-10 games on the bench to adjust to the pace and physical side of this league.most supporters wanted him straight in,which is a mistake

Should have bought him! Worth the gamble and proven at this level.

This is the truth, from a BC message board ..............

QPR were a very good side yesterday. Also, QPR's Routledge was sheer class and he played like an Ajax of Amsterdam player at times. There's nothing for them to be gloomy about.

Take note - NOTHING to be gloomy about!!!

Yes, but it's not pretty-pretty middle-of-the-pitch passing play that wins games -- it's GOALS!
                            AND WE AIN'T SCORING THEM!!!!!!
Everything to be gloomy about, after 1100 miles travelling in 8 days and £300 lighter in the pocket to do so.
Faurlin is my hero!!! Love him!!! #########
