I agree that QPR are not far off.
Good to see that Taarabat is back in favour. Granero's perfomance and goal are signs that he is going to be a vital player for QPR.
Hopefully the players on International duty will be back fully fit and against Everton we could see Diakite added to Granero and Faurlin to prevent the latter duo being bullied or overrun.
I would also like to see a recall for Cisse, so that Zamora has a forward thinking player to lay the ball off to.
with the 6 players mentioned above playing QPR have a good chance of winning matches.
The main problem area is the defence. They need to be better at preventing crosses and better at dealing with the ones that do get into the penalty area.
Out of the 7 goals conceded in the last 3 games, at least 5 could have been easily prevented with better defending. Faurlin's og was easily preventable, as were the goals against West Ham and the 1st two on Saturday.
Even the Spurs winner, could have been avoided as some refs would have given a foul for the challenge on Granero (although many miht disagree).
So all in all, QPR are not as bad as results or the table suggest.
Another way to view this is as a bad patch that almost all sides will go through during the season. Hopefully it will end with a win over Everton.
