Also interesting to see the results of the 'should we sack Hughes' poll, vs the posts on here.
When I last checked, the poll was two thirds in favour of giving Hughes more time, whereas the posts on here seem overwhelmingly in favour of sacking Hughes instantly and perhaps even publicly flogging him and charging him with the April Jones murder.
Football forums, and perhaps the internet in general, amplify the voices of loudmouthed cretins over and above any reasoned debate. Back in the day the reactionary idiot amongst your friends would only bore four or five of you in the pub, now he has a big platform.
