Team work / team spirit

I was at the game yesterday and the thing that really startled and concerned me was the lack of spirit - there was also a distinct lack of team work

I'm not suggesting that the players do not care but there was a real lack of passion yesterday

Anyone else notice the same?

Been saying it all season and for me it starts with Park. You never ever see him encouraging or b()ll()cking the players. They seem to make a mistake, shrug their shoulders and get on with it. There is no one driving the team on and leading by example. Making Park captain has been a massive mistake.
