we'll easily do 15 and higher, cos our problem is all complex and mitigated and we're full of quality. whereas the reason the others are favourites to go
down is cos they are ****!
Then I'l help you. He is the QPR manager with the highest win percentage, period. This was at a time of relative instability and not a vast poole of resources.
Why did I suggest him? Because he is one of the few people who would take the job when we're adrift and heading down. It's all very well people bandying about star names but if the board are paralysed by the Hughes contract and take too long, people aren't going to beating the door down to come here. Let's face it, that is a real possibility. If we end up there, who do you suggest? Realistically?
Oh right, was that the same Dowie who saved Hull when they was heading out of the Premier?

Dowie did well for us no doubt, and in my opinion got a rough deal and deserved longer. But a win % in the Championship is not the same as a win % in the Premier League. It's a massive reach to compare the two. What's Dowie's win % in the PL compared to Hughes'? How many clubs has Dowie taken down compared to Hughes? How many clubs has Dowie saved from relegation, what about Hughes?
Hughes tenure is not complete, I think once it's over then comparing his win % to ex-QPR managers will be more pertinent.
