Back from the Hawthorns.......had enough now....Hughes can do one!

I was on the fence before the game, but I have had enough now. I saw a side out there today go 2 nil down to what was like watching a pub team play. We know Hill cannot play left back, so Hughes puts him there and he gets skinned both times. The team selection was baffling yet again. I had no idea what the tactics were. We seemed happy to go sideways all game. We would then lose the ball. West Brom attacked us at pace and in about 5 passes they would create a chance. I cannot for the life of me understand how SWP who was sh1t last season and has been this season can start ahead of a guy who was brilliant for Blackburn last season and did well again Spurs. SWP goes hiding in games. As soon as he gets the balls he wants to give it away. He has had 7 games to impress and done f**k all. Hughes has now taken 2 points from a potential 42 points away from home. This was not a great West Brom side, but we were utter dog sh1te. But what did it for me was Ji Sung f**king Park. What is that guy doing on the pitch as our captain. We are 2 nil down and that w$nker is doing nothing. He is not b()ll()king anyone. He is doing nothing! At least last season even when Barton was playing rubbish he would still try to lead by example and have a go at people. Park is like a statue. He offers no leadership qualities. I couldn't give a flying to55 what he has won at United. It is about the present and he is doing naff all. Hughes tactics during the game just baffle me. He bought a load of players in the summer with no idea how he was gong to use them. Last season we kept conceding goals. So sorting out the defence was the number one issue! He has done bugger all with it. He has brought a right footed player on loan to play at left back who can't defend, whilst he has brought in a 35 year old freebie from Spurs. We have been crying out for 2 proper centre halves for months and that w$nker has done nothing! He can f*cking do one. He stands on the sideline with his arms crossed looking like he's the b()ll()cks. He wouldn't know how to get out of phone box. The guy is clueless. I don't want Redknapp, but my God give me someone with a brain who can get a team to work.

Agree we are going nowhere under Hughes, theres no improvement and no organisation. These are his players and he doesnt know how or where to play them. Maybe he should go back to Rigg and Joorabachim and ask them for some tactics to go with their players.

I mean, what happens if the club sacks Hughes, and whoever they get as a replacement fails to turn things around? Do we sack him after 7 games too? And if not, why not?

Hughes has been here since january and done f all his team selections are terrible. He always leaves his subs too late to make an impact. Plays swp for some unknown reason, had all summer to sort defence out but didnt because he obviously thought anton ferfinand was good enough. Hes a joke of a manager and needs to go soon as! Dont want redknap though but would like to see paulo decanio come in and change the style of play

i do not feel optimistic with mark hughes at helm anymore... really are not looking forward playing everton and arsenal.

i hope tony is not to stubborn refusing to sack Mark Hughes if we do not pick up any points in our next 5 games, Tony relationship with the fans will turn sour if he don't listen which is the last thing i want to happen

I'd love us to have the time to let him try turn things around but this is a brutal league and I fear we don't have the time . I hope we stand by him until things are so bad that we are forced to deal with it , it's still tight down there so a couple of wins will change everything . Stability is what we desperately need but if a change has to happen then I'd be sounding out rafa Benitez to see if he fancied it

Was interesting to see that when they done the pre match huddle Park stood silently and it was Cesar who was in the middle of it, doing the talking, pumping his hand and geeing them all up
