Wow that was bad. I'm struggling to recall a Premiership defence worse than our current back four. They're all over the place. As much as I like Hill, he is no longer good enough for this level and is getting exposed time and time again. Ferdinand is abysmal. Every time West Brom come forward they look like scoring. I'd be surprised if we don't concede at least 4 today because we are absolutely dreadful in the defensive department. WBA look streets ahead of us - well-organised and their passing is slick. QPR, on the other hand, are moving the ball around slowly and their attacking moves are just so predictable.
We're lucky to be still in the game. Taarabt is a class act - God knows why he was left out of the team by Hughes. Serious questions have got to be asked about the manager and why this team is playing like a League One side. That isn't an exaggeration - this season I have seen lower league teams move the ball around with much more skill than us.
