  • Hughes away record - 1 point from 36 available points

Villa away where we scrambled a point after being 2 nil up.

That record is shocking. Hughes has to look at his tactics because that is abysmal with the players available to him.
First game: Arsenal vs Queen's Park Rangers at Highbury, Saturday 17th November 1984.

I'm sure I heard somewhere that he's only won 1 out of 52 away matches! Not sure if this is true though

Yep sorry, Norwich away! So he has 2 points! And the club worry about our away ticket allocations. There's your answer!

I agree with ya. I posted in abit more depth on another thread, but basically he's had every chance to succeed but has bought a lot of crocks, n panic buys. And been shown up tactically , not to mention the joke team selections. The thing is I rated him all his career and thought he'd do it for us but all I've seen is us go backwards . They just ain't got a clue what there doing on the pitch all out of position and everything.

I can't see who we're gonna beat with the way our defence plays . And with the defenders we have at the club

To be fair TF has placed far too much faith in Hughes letting him sign every tom **** and harry. Now we are f0cked because TF knows he will look a plum if he gets rid of Hughes. I always wanted us to bring in a decent young manager and build gradually, bringing in young players with hunger not has beens looking for a final pension like SWP.
