I think the difference between WH and QPR was that WH players know EXACTLY what the manager wants from them. Love hime or hate him, Big Sam has a way of playing and if the team buy into it and do the pobs asked for them they become hard to beat.

Having said that - MH got it wrong and took too long to address the fact that 5v4 in midfield wasn't working and our wide players may as well have been a few feet further wide sitting in the stands. I don't mind starting 4-4-2 at home, but when it is failing miserably, you have to adapt fast and MH was too slow.

I think the game was won and lost in the dugouts to be fair.

West Ham will stay up - definately.

West Ham should finish comfortably lower mid table. Ive no idea where QPR will finish but have lost confidence in Hughes

West Ham are a very average side, so beating us is no great achievement at the moment.

The fact of the matter is you have Kevin Nolan and Andy Carroll. Good old fashioned english players that will give full commitment. Don't get me wrong faurlin and Granola are good players but I think we lack leaders and direction if I am being honest. Cisse is another couldn't care less type. I'd much rather drop that ego for a committed adel.
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

yep but this is a very average league.

Hughes has zero excuses. No manager at QPR has ever been given everything they want like he has. Fed up at the moment but Im sure the hope will be back come 3pm on Saturday.

                well

well watching the analasyst before the game he said watch how the west ham keep nine men behind the ball all the time but when goal mouth incidents occur they always seem to out number the oponents defence

I think allardice is a bit like hollaway where by he likes to play his own style, and I think west ham will definately finish in top ten maybe even in the top six

because knowbody can our perform them and they create so many chances

                and defend brilliantly

on the other hand i think qpr are in for a hard season hughes seems totally obsessed with playing his brand of football which means qpr will score very few goals, and all hopes are on us conceding no goals at all

the problem is we are conceding goals and we are not scoring so we are currently having the worst start in over a hundred years of football,I am hopeing for harry redknap and quick

Bubbles proper embarassing. As is Chelskis celery $hit. Wet Spam fans make me cringe abit tbh, living off some 70s and 80s cringey reputation of being " 'ard nuts" when theyre all slightly overweight 50 year olds now....

                            Matty is spot on facto.

Far too many danny dyer types that if they decided to take liberties, they would be firmly put in there place!

20 years ago I would of made you right however

If Hughes had got his tactics right and we had our first choice full backs available it would have been a totally different game.
But, based on the night and the tactics of both managers the right team won.
                              This.....

Although the two West ham goals were sh.ite marking and we scored the better goal - West Ham looked by far the better team overrall.

Not a big fan of Sam - but he does what it says on the box.Lost two key defenders and yet we still looked unlikely to score.Out bullied us inm midfield.

On paper - we have the better team( IMO) but on the field is a different subject.

One point - WTF has happened to Onouha? If he is not a right back - then play Harriman - but he was shocking on Monday.

Good job Carlton Cole is a porr striker as well
