Or TF being the voice of reason to silence the knee jerk idiots calling for his sacking? Referring to Hughes as "the best thing to happen to QPR" really doesnt sound like the dreaded vote of confidence to me. TF has every faith in Hughes and is more than happy and confident he will take us where we want to go in the future - ATAF.
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

How on earth is he "the best thing to happen to QPR"? We only escaped relegation thanks to Bolton on the last day in last season and we are doing much worse at the start of this season than we did exactly one year ago with a much weaker team under Warnock. We should have more points and not be residing at the bottom of the table. If Hughes is the best thing since sliced bread, he'd better start delivering soon.

I think its important to remember Fergie was one lose away from getting sacked at United once! This is Hughes time to stand up and deliver as make no mistake he wont ever get a job in top flight football if he f*cks this one up and he knows it.

A NON BELIEVER ........ Shame on you Mr Krill
"Steve, do you think 25k is a good option when there are indications that within four years, new stadiums on average have increased attendances of 60%?
For us that would mean around 29k."

I believed in him when he came in to replace Warnock, I was sure he will steer us clear of relegation. I believed in him even when we were still looking likely to get relegated as the season was ending - I was sure we would bounce right up if relegated. But now, with a much improved team, we should not be so low on points/in the table. He certainly seems like a stable chap but I don't like the stability of underachievement he has been offering and I no longer believe in him.

The problem is and will continue to be for a while is that Hughes does not know his best 11. Injuries do not help but even in midfield/attack we still line up with different personal/formations each game. How can players gel and adapt with this going on.

Building a good team spirit helps. Some managers are better motivators than others. Do you think Hughes is as good a motivator as Warnock - or even as the dreaded Steve Kean?

No.... quite the opposite in fact. TF said, wins keep managers in their job, and no one at QPR is unsackable.... then the following week Warnock was fired.
