he looked tired or lazy and was arguing with Zammo about who should be where, dropping off, helping mid etc. Worrying that no one knows what to do.

Of course, lazy strikers don't bother with this
SAF didn't do that with Berbatov and.....he won the Golden Boot AND the title. Strikers primary objective is to score goals, not defend in areas that don't really need to. MH seems to like that though - hence we play SWP.....and hence we are bottom.

if you say there are 'areas we don't need to defend in', then i take it you dont mind the fact we were overrun 3vs 2 in centre mid?

or do you think a magical 12th man was going to help out there?

He had most of our shots on goal yesterday. No one was from a very good opportunity, but a couple almost went in. He was our only player who looked like scoring before Taarabt came in.

No. If you read many of the posts I have made since the game you will see that I think the midfield is where we lost the game and MH was too slow to react to us being 4 v 5 and not coping. However, I think that some players are good enough to play even if their work rate at the opponents end of the pitch is not 100% when they don't have the ball. Tarbs for example. Players like SWP only playing because they run around like idiots has won us precisely zero games this season.

I weas making the comparison with Berbatov as I think SAF has got a few things right in his time.

Cisse is a lazy type of striker, he won't chase down many things but when given consistent service, he will score.

Clive Allen was a lazy player but he often scored goals that won points. That's what good goalscorer a do.
Cisse will score goals and as long as the defence and midfield do their jobs better qpr will win games

So how do you intend on playing a non-defending Cisse along with a five man midfield? Drop Zamora, who has looked far better than Cisse all season, and is our only striker suited to playing ahead of a midfield five?
