  • For all those looking for scapegoats

Start looking at the 2 centre midfielders Graneo and Faurlin.

Their ineffectiveness has been proven over the course of a few matches now.

They are not winning enough tackles, they give the ball away too easily. Neither offer a real attacking threat and rarely play killer balls and deliveries from dead balls are below average

We simply cannot afford both in the team they are too similar

At 2-1 Graneo should have equalised it was a terrible miss. Taarabt played a few passes today neither are capable off

Disagree with me the results speak for themselves points and wins what matter

Off the pair Graneo is better so Faurlin must be dropped

The pair are getting far too many plaudits for my liking whilst the rest of the team get slated

I offered up this opinion a couple games ago and no one agreed...I wonder how many will agree when we haven't won a match by November.

Stop playing players out of position, change the centre midfield and start Taarabt every match down the left

they should never been three v two in the first half. At Spurs they were outstanding and they played well against Chelsea too. Slightly unfair as the manager did not help them tonight.

I suppose the manager was unfair against Reading as well...for all their outstanding play against Spurs they actually cost us the match

As well as Frediel making a fair few saves and our inability to put the ball in the net. Yes they were poor tonight but slightly unfair to suggest they should be made scapegoat's for our defeat. Who chose to play Hill at Centre Half and Cisse up as a lone striker? The two midfielders or The Manager.

They got bullied by Noble and Nolan. They are exactly the same type of player. Only one can play. And people say we don't miss Barton?

Quite possibly true but if you can see it why cant the man being paid top dollar see it and change the formation. Reasons to doubt? I think so and that is an opinion.

Manager allowed us to be outnumbered 5 - 4 in midfield for most of the game with the wide players annonymous - that was the problem. SWP may has well have been in the stands and Park was not up for it.

MH Hughes should have seen the problem much earlier and showed he cannot react to tactical issues very well.

Might be wrong - but sure you have been one to say Tarbs isn't good enough in the past.

spot on the buck stops with Agent Hughes as he is the only one who can change it

Always been a big Taarabt fan as he has something most of our players dont. Natural Ability and in abundance

I don't think this is about scapegoats. It's interesting aganst Man City in the second half, Spurs and Chelsea, our 2 midfielders have look good because they aree playing against footballing sides. Against Readng and West Ham, we are playing against more physical sides and they need some physical help in the middle, probably Diakite, who looked quite good when he was on. On that subject, he is an idiot lunging in for tackles, when already booked and when we are chasing the game. The man is stupid.
SWP gives us nothing, Park looks a shadow of the player he was, Cisse doesnb't seem to put it in. The defence can't defend, the manager seems to lack the ability to motivate.
Hoilett wasn't picked when he's been playing well. I could go on all night. We look shambolic.
Even my effing hot dog was sh..

A shameful first half. Hughes cost us the game with his team selection. Park and SWP ought be benched. Park hadn't a clue and contributed nothing. We had nothing on the flanks and Adel and Holliett on the bench. The fact that Hughes made no changes at half time was laughable..... He has now to be on probation and has to get points on the board pronto. Drop Cisse, Park and SWP immediately. Play Bobby up front by himself; Adel, Holliett on the flank; and M'Bia, woeful at the back, as holding midfielder.
