  • Carroll still out

Reading the wets forums lots reckon he may be playing or make the bench...hope he does cos he cant be 100% fit.

My fear is he does not need to be 100% If Big Sam says preserve yourself and dont get involved other then when the ball is in their box if they put the right quality in I can see him bullying our back two and the way Mbia used his arms against Reading drawing a penalty

really hope he is not back. I cant see our defence coping with him at all, and we desperattely need this win

Playing long ball doesn't need you to be fully fit I fear.

3 goals in 5 games tells where our problems lie and what part of our game we need to worry about .

M'bia makes Hill look an amateur in how to hold properly

Hammers assistant manager Neil McDonald on QPR

Andy Carroll has been touted for a possible return against Arsenal, is there any more news on his return?

NM: "He has been progressing really well but unfortunately the game on Monday night has come a little too early for him. He needs to get a full week's training behind him to make sure he is fit and well so at the moment the target is Arsenal."

I fear we will be outfought tomorrow night. We carry more than our fair share of lightweights, I'm afraid.
Reading confirmed that last Wednesday night.
