The Suarez ban was for repeated use of racist language - he used the offending word several times against Evra. The little worm only used offensive words towards Ferdinand once. That apparently is the reasoning behind the disparity in the two bans. I find it all a bit ridiculous - either these men were found guilty of using offensive language, including reference to race or they were not. If they were guilty, then the bans should be identical. Just because one said it more than the other is irrelevant - after all there are not degrees of racism or racial slur. Once is once too often but Terry has received a lenient sentence compared to Suarez = they are both racist but one more than the other. WTF, sounds just like the Communist motto to me - everyone is equal, except some more than others.

                Anton didn't make the complaint.

what winds me up about this terry business is that everyone knows he is of 'questionable character' and the business with Wayne Bridge proves he has no regard for his colleagues, so why were so many 'football' people falling over themselves to provide positive character statements. Worst culprits, Ray 'my word' Wilkins and Cashley

Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million

Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free

I wonder what odds the bookies will offer on Terry reappearing for England in 2013? Pretty short I'd imagine. Little 4 game ban then announce he's changed his mind?

He will not play for England again, would make the FA look...............oh yes you could be right !
Think the decision today shows up the court case, he wasn't proved innocent, there just wasn't quite enough that was 'without doubt' but clearly the evidence has to be pretty damning for the FA to put themselves in the firing line now. 4 games or 10 games they have found him GUILTY of racially abusing another player.
As UMBRO have done by distancing themselves, the FA will also know there is no possible way he can now play for England again.

Very true but his family have been involved in cheating, drug dealing, thieving. Didn't someone commit suicide as a result of Terry's brother cheating.
So, we're not just talking of someone coming from a council estate or a poor family. I have no problem with that. I'm talking about the whole lot of them involved in all sorts of crime and vile behaviour. With that background, I can see why he's rotten to the core and a scumbag
