Doesn't make you any less of a fan IMO. Shouldn't have said that on here though, not with posters like the OP about.

You are a complete clown, who's not only incredibly arrogant, but completely out of touch with reality if you actually think this way.

As many have pointed out to there are many reasons why "Fans" won't be able to go on Monday night and it certainly isn't because they can't be bothered. Work, family, finances... basically commmitments will dictate peoples lives in many ways.

I for one had season tickets, along with my wife for years before we had kids, and sat through the league 1 dross with the die hards and was there when donation buckets were being used around the ground because our situation was dire, so don't come on here and suggest I, or anyone else is any less a fan than you becasue you are going Monday.... Because, after all it is the Prem FFS, as you point out... i just wonder, were you there when we were sh1te, or are one of those who's suddenly emerged as we are now playing the big boys.... just a thought as you're such a fan.

For what it's worth, having witnessed the dross, i am gutted i don't get to see many games nowadays in the prem with great players representing us, but believe it or not, there are some things more important and often not enough hours in the day.

Plenty of people on here like to complain about some lads not going to games are probably the type who live at home with the folks and don't have to put up with the ever-increasing cost of living. I'm not going Monday but that doesn't make me any less of a fan. When I didn't have a mortgage and bills I went all over the country following the team. I've been a Ranger for over 40 years and I won't put up with anyone telling me I'm not a fan because I'm not going on Monday.
Well said ! Some Rangers fans have become absolute *****s and the OP is unfortunately one of these. I have been going to LR since 1970 but sometimes my little boy and little girl come before Football and Monday is one of those days, so MR QPR, I am not sure how old you are probably quite young, next time think BEFORE you write such rubbish and get a life.

potential fanbase that has been talked about for years is not viable in todays climate. they push the family values onto us from every angle but then make it impossible for many to afford to go. saying that we should still have a sell out against another london team regardless of sky.

We can charge less once we achieve success and grow the fanbase. No reason at at all why we can't average 30, 000+ 10 years from now.

And that's even with TV coverage. We do need a new ground once we begin to establish ourselves in the Premier League however. Preferably asap. Just watch us go.

If it wasnt on the box i would probably have bought a ticket but rather than fork out the top end of a ton for the night i am gonna lay on my sofa and watch the game.

it amazes me when some bang on about the need to have 30000+ stadiums....we are statistically the eight biggest club in london only...we didnt sell out the 82 fa cup final n only had the top tier at wembley in the final itself.....we dont need a new groung in the foreseeable future imho....lets wait til we've been in the prem ten yeras(highly unlikel;y) before we implode ala

derby/coventry/leicester and their shinny new premier league grounds!.......limit away teams to the top of the school end only.....when we have a waiting list for home tickets then dream of bigger stadiums......until then forget it!

That's it pal you sit at home and cheer the lads on, its 3 weeks to the next home game yet you can't be arsed to go,you sum up everything that's happened to football since the advent of sky,the club needs as many people through the turnstiles as possible I don't think there is a better stadium in the country to watch football when full and under the floodlights but you choose to stay at home.
I'm sure you will be the first to open your keyboard and have a moan if we get beat or hughes makes some tactical decisions that you don't agree with.
Tony Fernades and co have ploughed millions into the club and all they are asking from you and the like is to pull up £40 to watch a game of premiership football.
And just to add as some posters have enquired am i a newbie supporter the answer is no I've been going for more years than i care to remember and have done over 70 grounds watching Rangers

Congratulations on being the worlds best QPR fan.
The fact still remains, most simply cannot go, for whatever reason. Does that make them any less of a fan? No. It doesn't.

Not that i have to explain myself to you but i have done my time, i have been home and away for years and spent far too much time and money travelling the country watching Rangers when i should of been out pulling birds at the weekends, not turning up at nightclubs too pissed to chat any up as i had been on the lash all day . Now i have settled down with kids i will only go if i can afford it and seeing as the game is on the tele i might as well get full use of the £75 i fork out every month to SKY. If that is alright with you that is?
