  • West Ham on Monday night

Looks like its not going to sell out,the school lower and the lower loft will look embarrassing on tele. Do feel sorry for the owners, they get us in to the "promised land" sign players that we never thought we could sign and yet we cant sell out a **** poor 15,000- 17,000.

All the excuses "Monday night,on tele, work commitments, too expensive, double dip recession,Nick Clegg, trouble in Syria its all ******** get yourself down there, Loftus Road under the floodlights is a very special place especially a London derby, cannot understand the mentality of some of the QPR supporters we are in the premiership for ****s sake how is the club gonna grow if you sit on your #### at home.
Anyone on this board who doesn't go on Monday night should not only be ashamed of themselves but banned from the board.

    30,000 all seater my ********

Personally I will be there and i agree with most of what you said ,but people do have a life, with family and work commitments , and going to football these days is hardly cheap, so who are you to say people should be banned from this board , if they cant go or cant afford to go monday ?

I'm fortunate enough to afford to go but others aren't so lucky. It isn't cheap and people a having to juggle finances a lot these days.

Thanks for your considerate thoughts though

think there are two different points here. im going on monday but there are plenty of reasons why i might not be able to, as with many other fans. shows a complete lack of understanding not to realise that some people either can't afford to go or have a life (demanding job/ family commitments/ whatever). Where the poster does have a point is that collectively as a fan base IF we can only get 15,000 odd for a London derby it makes a mockery of talk of a new stadium. the truth is we have some v dedicated fans - but not enough fans to progress as a club.

Stainrod.....there is an argument that the state of Loftus road keeps people away.....I know for a fact that come what may on Monday night, I won't be walking back to my car complaining that my seat was so comfortable I nearly drifted off.......

If it was a semi final of the cup people would miraculously find the money.

              Just saying.

Just out of interest, do you have a mortgage, do you have a family, do you work shifts, are you lucky enough to have a decent paying job? A lot of guys aren't in the position to be able to shell out for football week after week for nine months a year and have higher priorities, like putting food on the table for their family or paying the mortgage or rent.

Plenty of people on here like to complain about some lads not going to games are probably the type who live at home with the folks and don't have to put up with the ever-increasing cost of living. I'm not going Monday but that doesn't make me any less of a fan. When I didn't have a mortgage and bills I went all over the country following the team. I've been a Ranger for over 40 years and I won't put up with anyone telling me I'm not a fan because I'm not going on Monday.
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

I need some time in the sunshine, I gotta slow it right down.

My word where did we find this fan?

It's a good job we have room for him in X block.
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!
