  • A Thread for the Negatives

It amazed me that I just read another poster almost gloating that the Positive posters have not posted recently.

Well, actually.. I still remain positive.

    - We should have won against Reading
    - Concentration was our main issue
    - Mbia looks solid and tidy
    - We played some lovely football, far better than Reading did.
    - Cesar saved a penalty and continuously looks solid (Best keeper we have ever had?)
    - Diakite back
    - Cisse scoring
    - We look like winning - It will come - I have a lot of faith for the game coming up on Monday

Hughes is building a decent team, we have players out etc etc...

Bored of the negatives, bored of the sudden sack the manager, bored of it all. Remember where we have come from and remember what kind of football we now get to watch week in week out.

Spot on matey - there are few who seem to actively thrive on a bad performance and result like the other night. It seems to feed their craving for being negative. When all seems well, we hear diddly squat from them. They only come on for a moan,

      Agree . . . .

Well overdue giving someone a spanking, just hope my heart can hold out till it happens !

      A & E on standby for Monday
"Steve, do you think 25k is a good option when there are indications that within four years, new stadiums on average have increased attendances of 60%?
For us that would mean around 29k."

agree with most of the op, but it was a bitterly disappointing result and its only fair people are allowed to comment on it. Not in the sack sparky corner but his negative tactics especially at home annoys me
I must away now, I can no longer tarry
This morning's tempest I have to cross
I must be guided without a stumble
Into the arms I love the most

Its fair to say MH does not know his first choice staring line-up due to the injuries, etc etc, never having the same players available week in week out. The win will come , but sadly it won't be Monday, expect a draw at best, but I'm predicting a loss.

With an unsettled side we will struggle for a few more weeks, but I have seen enough to confidently say we will be safe come March. Don't see us anywhere near 10th but 14th it will be come May.

If we can keep Zamora, Park, Faurlin and the Pirate safe we will do well.

When all players are available I expect us to line up at home like this -

          Cesar
          Bosingwa, Nelsen, Ferdinand, Fabio
          Park, Faurlin, Granero, Taarabt
          Zamora, Hoillet

          when away -

          Cesar
          Bosingwa, Nelsen, Ferdinand, Fabio
          SWP, Faurlin, Park, Granero, Hoillet
          Zamora

So all in all very positive

Can't believe people are calling for change, MH and TF are in for the long haul, so love him or hate him,Hughes is here to stay.
22nd February away v Charlton is the 40th Anniversary of my support of QPR and my first game. Away v Chelsea 3-3 23rd Feb 1974. 40 years of pure magic!!
