Two of those games were away, and bear in mind no one won at the Etihad last season. The Swansea game was ridiculous, and Norwich away we got a point.

We're always going to question tactics and team selection, but it's far too early to call for his head.
Only those who are arrogant enough to think they know better than the manager........and deem themselves experts. In truth these bods know sweet f a

I believe the saying is, form is temporary, class is permanent. Even teams that aren't playing well still have the quality to beat a team like us.

Whether it's Real Madrid, Manchester City or whoever.

Showing our signs of ability against these teams, is still a positive sign. There's really no need to go looking for reasons to put down your own football club. This is my last post as I'm away this weekend.

Carry on the good fight everyone, in the name of the Easily Pleased Brigade!!!!

Unbelievable that some ppl are calling for hughes to be sacked. Hes signed some players who we could have only dreamt of signing a little while ago. Some of the football over the last 3 or 4 games has been outstanding. We havent done well at all in terms of points but in 3 of those we have played the defending champions, the championdns league winners and spurs who although havent started well, are full of class throughout their squad and a match for anyone. Aside from that, pretty much our entire defence is injured so im not surprised we are letting in goals. What is he or any other manager suppose to do when ur entire defence is missing? Never heard so much crap, ppl calling for his head. When our defenders start coming back, we will improve. Anyone who knows anything about football can surely see that. It wont be easy in this league, but theres certainly been signs recently of an excellent side

I don't think the ones calling for him to be sacked are saying so because of the current position. I think they believe there are many better managers out there who can do a better job.

As for him signing players we could only have dreamt of signing a little whiel ago - actually, hat is absolutely nothing to do with Hughes, and everything to do with TF.

Don't agree with sacking Hughes, but must admit that i'm not so confident in his coaching ability.

I would have expected 4 or 6. I would have expected us to beat Swansea, beat or draw Norwich, and lose to Man City, Chelsea and Spurs.

To be honest, I wouldn't be bothered if we had 0 points. I wouldn't even be bothered if we had 0 points after 7 games. These things happen, and if I thought the manager was good enough to change things around, that would be all that would matter. But I don't think MH is a good manager, I think he will continue spending money and creating a team that would be punching well below it's weight. I would much rather a better manager came in who could use the money wisely and make the team play to their true potential.

why dont you apply for the manager's job ...you seem to think you know a lot more than MH does. Then you could relieve Park of the captaincy as MH knows nothing about JSP or indeed football in general. Internet experts...dont you just love 'em.
