I don't think MH is a great manager, but I think everyone deserves a proper chance. He was ok at Wales, did a good job at Blackburn, but was rubbish at Man City and Fulham. When we were going looking for a new manager, and had money to spend, I was hoping we'd go for someone like Martin O'Neill, Paul Lambert or Sean O'Driscoll, as I believe those are quality managers who, with money to spend, will spend it wisely and create a good team. However, we gave it to MH, and he has now spent a lot of money and bought a lot of players, and so he will have to start delivering soon. What I don't want happening is for us to continue struggling in the bottom half of the table, and for MH to say he is working on a 3 year plan - I am sorry, that's just too much. What guarantee do we have that after 3 years, the side would have improved? None whatsoever. We have a really good squad that is better than half the teams in the league. If by Christmas we're not performing as a top-ten side, then it will have to be good-bye MH.

No one should get 3 years if they are failing. Remember what was said at the end of last season.......no relegation scrap.

I saw some of their games, and they were not good. Considering they had a decent squad, I do think it was rubbish.

[QUOTE=Marshy;941413]As I said, it was very tight - if they had 3 less points, they would have finished 14th. That's how tight the table was.
