Agree. I also think they see themselves as relegation materal so will prioritse the league more. We're not relegation material and have better players on our subs bench than they have in the 1st team. Fancy us to win by 3 or 4Originally posted by Will M View PostThe battle of the bottom 2. As it stands, I think both teams will heavily rotate. But I'd back us as our rotation would include Diakite, Taarabt and Cisse.

I'm sure MH will be using players who have not had a run yet, with all of our injuries that list isn't that big! As others have said Reading will probably be doing the same but I would think our second team should be stronger than theirs! As far as a hiding goes, I just don't think we have the goal scoring to do it!@gatorTFC

7 points is reasonable, we then go to the Emirates followed by 3 winnable games against Reading, Stoke and SaintsOriginally posted by MattyRangers View PostCant see us getting much at WBA tbh they are looking a good side, and Everton are also flying (although at home I will always fancy us). Out of these 4 I can see us taking 7 points which, personally, I would be happy with. Anything less I must admit Ill be abit disappointed with considering we currently only have 2!

Plus, there's a two week break between the WBA and Everton games, so hopefully we'll have a few players back by the time we play the toffees.

So one 90mins up top with Bobby. The 77 against Swansea was dreadful all around, not helped by the fact he was up top on his own which we all know isnt his role at all.
Without getting into a petty debate about minutes on the field, the black & white of it is Cisse is a proper goal scorer and will score goals if he is played, as he quite clearly showed us last year. To me, its quite simple what we need to do vs Wet Spam regards midfield & strikers: drop SWP, put hoilet wide & have Cisse up top with Bobby and Roberts your mothers brother.
Goalscorers are confidence players, get Cisse games, he gets goals, he gains confidence again and we're all happy. You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

A gun can only fire if you give it ammunition.
Swansea he may have had 77 mins, but that was playing up top on his own and i can't recall a single chance created for him, not to mention a shocking display all round.
Norwich, can't really comment as didn't see it, but it didn't sound much better from what i heard and we were lucky to get a point, so can't imagine a hatful of chances.
Bit parts against city away, do we really expect goal in that situation, and Chelsea he casued problems, and had BZ squared it after rounding cech and cutting back, he probably would've scored... certianly more likely than BZ from the angle he left himself.
He should play week in week out and make the team work around him, be it 442, 433, 4231 whatever.
