Yep I've said it will we be top ten.

My reason is simple.
2nd half man city we played brilliant
Scum game we also played brilliant
Spurs game we played fantastic

Just so happens we have played like this against better teams.
IMO if we play how we have played since man city there is no reason why we can't beat any team outside the top six.

Yes we have been playing well but at the end of the day you need points, regardless how well you play. I think we will get a few soon but I cant see us finishing much above 14th this year.

I'm enjoying the quality of our football. We look assured and can boss good sides. It's still only September.

Let's get a bit more critical after the next 3 games if we have to. In the meantime, let's have a little faith.

if we finish top ten with the defenders we have at the moment hughes should get an mbe..but if we continue picking up points at this rate he.ll get the obe..(out before easter). anyone know why our best goalscorer is only meriting a place on the bench....hoilet is a lot of good things but a goal getter he aint...

Agreed however like I wrote if we played any other team outside the top 6 how we have played them we would have won. We all expected to lose them three. Against Norwich and Scumsea is a write off tho.

the only game i am disappointed with was the swans one. the other games have gone pretty much as i expected. point up at Norwich where we havent got anything in years, point against chelsea (might not like them but they field 11 players that are better than us) and a good performance against spurs away.

Top 10, it's a possibility if key players don't get injured. Myself? I think we could get 7-9 points from the next 3 games, I do share your optimism. Somewhat.

Who do we think we are better than in the division?

Here is my current thoughts on the top 10.

1. Man U.
2. Arsenal
3. Man C.
4. Chelsea.
5. Everton.
6. Spurs.
7. Newcastle.
8. Liverpool.
9. Fulham
10. Sunderland.

Stoke look tough to beat, West Brom have been playing well, West Ham look formidable at home, and look solid in general.

Before season I predicted we'd finish between 11th-14th and I still stand by that. At a push I think we could replace Sunderland for 10th, but by the same token a few teams outside the top 10 have as much of a chance of finishing above us too.
