  • OK so we lost

But just look how we have improved, so pleased with this display we were so unlucky to give away that own goal and even their winner was after Cesar had yet again done a magnificent save, he is fantastic what a goalkeeper we now have and Faurlin and Granero again like last week amazing partnership. Park a great captains job. I could go on, really unlucky not to get the win but i have loads of faith we will finish around mid table or even above.

Hope so but can't get away from 2 points into October being a concern.

Look even the scum who are top are only 11 points clear of us (that's only equivalent to 4 games), it's early days we'll be alright.

Got to put our chances away, which is a big concern we should have wrapped up the game by half time.

Hoillett had the biggest chance when he waited for he ball to come to his right foot in he box and was tackled.

Deserving 3 points and getting none isn't taking us up the table.

Regarding not taking chances we unbelievably continue to leave our best finisher on the bench - what do we expect?

The optimist in me says we have looked better than expected in this tough 3 match stretch, the pessimist says we are bottom table with injuries mounting and frustration maybe about to set in!

Wouldn't be too confident if I supported spurs. We controlled the game for 1 hour and lets face it they were really lucky.

Its better than than NOT deserving the points - at least it shows promise and optimism for the next games.
See, there's always a positive to these things if you look - try it - you'll be amazed what you can find - if of course you want to find it.

If you look at this corresponding fixture last season I don't think we were really in the match for large spells and although we did put a minor scare into them, they won comfortably! Today was much more encouraging with us looking the better side and holding the lead for a long stretch, same result though but I guess there's many reasons to think we are better!

So our zero points is BETTER than the 3 points Spurs got today? I give up.
