Good support from QPR today, particularly in the first half, and to be honest, we were pretty flat in the noise department.
Spurs were **** today, again, first half especially, but credit where it's due, yiu were very unlucky not to take something from today. Grandad Brad kept us in it with two top saves in the first half.
I think you will do fine this season, and hope to get to the Bush for a Pie & Mash in Cooks!
At least that **** Terry can now join C18 eh !
Thanks for the comments mate, and kudos on the awesome name!!

Park a great captains job. I could go on, really unlucky not to get the win but i have loads of faith we will finish around mid table or even above.
I have to agree with the OP because I thought the level of performance is one of a mid table side.

It is very early days and I have been talking to an arsenal fan about our performances. I told him after watching sundays games there is no way in well, that both QPR or Liverpool will be anywhere near the bottom 3 come xmas.

My only concern is we do really need to start being ruthless infront of goal.

That 1st half performance, SHOULD have put us out of sight. The fact that we were only 0-1 up tells it's own story. I think we have the quality of midfield for those midfield players to start chipping in with goals but my only real concern is Cisse. I have been very disappointed with his performances. Yes he didn't get any time against Spurs to have an impact but everything he does is sloopy and careless. He is our most clinical striker but clearly Hughes feels he is not up to starting. Too many people are defending him based on last season performances but I would like to see a fitter and more interested performer. Dare I say losing Johnson imo was a huge blow to our final 3rd performance. IMO a very underrated performer who would of pushed cisse into upping his game so again a huge loss imo.

A centre half and centre forward are still musts for Jan transfer market.
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

I think people forget that we've played against 3 of the top 6 teams in the league, we weren't expecting much and were unlucky to not get something from yesterday but there are 33 games left and we have a run of fixtures now, whereby we can pick up a significant amount of points, the performances against Spurs and Chelsea and even the 2nd half against Man City were of a very high standard. If we iron out the mistakes and create more clear cut chances then we will start to put teams to bed as our midfield trio of Faurlin, Park & Granero is dominating against some of the best midfielders in the country. I just pray that we can blow West Ham away but we will have to play well and ensure we work as hard as possible for the whole 90 minutes as no 3 points come easy.

Yes, I was thinking the same. QPR will be fine once they get that 1st win, hopefully next Monday against West Ham, but this has to come soon, before confidence is eroded in the players, fans and the Board.

The side is looking good in possession, apart from when Granero got mugged, and are creating chances.

My main concerns are the injuries to Mbia, Fabio, Ferdinand, Bosingwa, Traore Taarabt and Diakite, also that Cisse is not getting to start games.
