Authoritarian leadership.....or not?

Is it so with MH and, if so, is it a good thing for the club? When we are playing well it`s ok but when we`re not klicking/taking enough points? Taarabt, Hoilett, Cisse and, maybe, Traore, have not been involved or played the way we know they can this season. They are "special players" - and the most creative ones at our club - and needs to be handled "with care" (assured that they are important players for us - not pampering them) if we wan`t them reaching their full potential. Barton (I know he`s....yeah...) also talked about "Talibans" in one of his Tweets. Is he too tough our Mark?

Leadership style should coincide with level of intelligence of those being led.
