Nothing in BBC preview says he is unfit. In contrary here is what Jonathan Pearce said in his match preview:

"I think there will be goals. It could be a high-scoring affair, especially if Adel Taraabt is unleashed against his old side. It's always 'Stingray time' with him. As they famously said at the start of that old TV show: "Anything can happen in the next half hour!"

The mercurial Moroccan scored the winner against the run of play when the two clubs last met in April but then got himself sent off."

Mark Hughes said, during his press conference on Friday, that Adel didn't finish that day's training session, could have been precautionary and he'll be hopefully fit for selection today, or Adel picked up an injury, in which case, he won't.

Or perhaps he is trying to surprise Spurs by including him?

I think he'll play, just mind games from Sparky
