Looked sold out to me.
Thought the atmosphere was good but wasn't electric like october. The place would have exploded though if Park had got that header. Great game and I think the match draws to the end the hype following the October game. I think now Chelsea realise this is a proper derby match and this is a big fixture for them. Really enjoyed today, players played the game as a derby should be and our fans did our club proud, Anton loved our support at the end.

Cardiff and Arsenal ticket prices went up after the move as someone needs to pay for it. Don't know one club that has a new stadium or drastically transformed its existing one where prices have gone down. Tickets only go down if you're relegated. If you want a descent seat at LR you have ample opportunity to get it. Only reason someone is sitting behind a pillar is because they paid £300 on Viagogo.

The match did sell out but only on saturday morning. You could still get a handful of tickets online Friday night.
Less kids at the game yesterday than at the Swansea game due,I expect, to parents not wanting their young ones to witness the anomosity at such a game. When my lads were between 5 and 10 I would not take them to Chelsea, Millwall, West Ham or Luton games as I felt it better not to inflict those types of atmospheres on them at such a tender age.
For games when we play teams with whom we have less of a rivalry we tend to sell out faster as more families and younger fans attend.22nd February away v Charlton is the 40th Anniversary of my support of QPR and my first game. Away v Chelsea 3-3 23rd Feb 1974. 40 years of pure magic!!

Pointless thread. Like or not Loftus Road isn't up to standard. The concourses, toilets, seats, views aren't that of a premier league football club. Sad but true.
We need a new stadium, as for the capacity, it needs to be thought about very carefully. Personally i'd like to see 25-30k with the option to reach 50k.
The more fans we can get in, the better the chance of the club introducing lower prices, family tickets etc. Is Loftus Road appealing to take the family too? No. Every game it's an absolute nightmare trying to get a beer, food or go the toilet etc. It's not an attractive option.
A brand new ground, concourses where you can drink a beer without getting knocked left, right and centre, no restricted views, not getting kneed in the back from the person behind you etc, lower prices and all round a 100% increase in the 'match day' experience, fans/families will come in there thousands, especially with a team doing well.
Don't get me wrong, personally i don't mind all the above and love Loftus Road but we have to move. Also a new stadium, we can have a nice family area, maybe have the family area in a lower tier on the side of the pitch. Then above that tier maybe a 'neutral' area. For instance using Loftus Road as an example, the family area in a block of the East Paddock and the 'neutral/tourist/' area in G Block SAR.
That way, we won't lose our atmosphere, the families will have their nice block or two without the complications of a drunk adult swearing etc and don't have to worry about their children hearing colourful language and above them will be the safety of neutrals/tourists who won't really sing/swear, they'll just enjoy the game. Then the rest of the ground can be anyone and everyone who wants to sing and not really bothered if they hear the odd colourful word or not. Also the family area can be entertained before the game and half time with some sort of entertainment every game specific to the family area, giving away cheap QPR related items etc that kids love.
This way i think it'll make it a very enjoyable day for the mums and kids and we won't lose our atmosphere.

Also, if QPR can become successful more new fans, as well as those staying away from Loftus Road for above stated reasons, will make any new 40-45,000 around 80-90% full for many games. It's been proven by many clubs, that success and or a new stadium attracts fans.
