Interesting, but good at the bottom of that we have taken the lower tier allocation at Spurs.

Not impressed that Cisse intends staying until the end of next season and then return to France. Not really committed to the Club.

I don't know, I think he doesn't want to ruin a good career myself
        Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
        And many more mistakes

Cisse is what, 32? His contract is up at the end of next season when he will be 33. I wouldn't want to offer a long and lucrative contract to a striker of that age, particularly one whose main asset is pace.
If he intends to see out his contract and then finish his career in his home Country I have no issue with that. I also have no doubt he is and will be 100% committed to the cause until the end of his time as he is a damn good pro.

Spot on. He is committed for this season and next. and by then I would hope that QPR have been established as a good Premiership club and able to sign young quality strikers like the next Van Persie,Hernandez etc rather than 30 somethings.
