    LOL

I hope Terry does play and i also hope everyone makes sure Mbia is fully versed on proceedings before he goes ionto the pitch... Diakite getting sent off on his debut was pretty comical, Mbia getting a red for headbutting Terry could go down in folklore.

      What does the handshake signify?

If you can shake the hand of your enemy who is the strongest?

If you don't shake the hand, are you making what has been said hurtful to you?

Is the act of the handshake capitulation?

Who is acting the part of the victim? Who is showing weakness?

Does the act of the handshake signify forgiveness? Agreement?

Do you make the handshake matter or write it off as a false symbol of the true ugliness of football?

Is there pressure from outside ignorance forcing compliance against a manufactured value within the game?

Are you standing up for yourself if you don't shake hands or are you coming off as a soft touch who can only feel aggrieved?

all valid questions cricket. the issue is about morals imo.
would i shake hands with a person from a c@nt of a family who has a past including stitching up his best mate by sleeping with his wife or using racist overtones to a fellow pro. should you bow to protacal like the fa done by allowing his case to take the backburner whilst he played for his country in a major finals. a handshake is not an option. its not an issue anymore-its all about the game and letting the plums know that loftus rd will always be a nice visit for them u rsssss

Personally I agree with Sparky's opinion of the pre-match handshake.

These handshaking ceremonies before games, are a sign of the times we live through.
If there's anything at all, that conveys a false, totally dishonest, hypocritical, most empty of gesture, then it will be lauded, and applauded, by the suit-wearing spivs to be seen in all corridors of officialdom here in Britain.
