Diakete says 'he was tired,' and was the reason why he returned back to France. Strange when he had nearly 3 months off in the summer!
Who knows what the proper reason is, but I was told something from someone I trust and I merely past it on via this message board. It's your choice to believe whether or not it's true.
I certainly find it hard to believe that someone 'is tired' when they have just had nearly 3 months off!
At least he is well and he starts playing like he did last season.First game: Arsenal vs Queen's Park Rangers at Highbury, Saturday 17th November 1984.

You've always got to have some sort of dig after an away day just because you were, if it isn't the team your slating its our actual supporters.
Two damaging threads IMO and you knew exacatly what response they could generate, stop with the holier than thou approach it doesn't wash.

Er..........you what???
When have I slated our support???
I go to Rangers and SUPPORT my club like I did on Saturday up at City. You're like a broken record with some of your posts!First game: Arsenal vs Queen's Park Rangers at Highbury, Saturday 17th November 1984.

I understand there is some denial but there is also no smoke without fire. Without knowing if there is a problem, something doesn't add up somewhere.
Where did the depsression talk stem from. Didn't MH say there was some sort of problem?
That said, I'm glad he's not depressed but now don't really know what to think. Last season's absence followed by failing to see out the tour and then this after 2 games leaves lots of doubts!

Anyway, great news he's disputed the rumours and all seems ok. Just a shame that even with this positive news some on here still have to find something to bitch and moan about....

If you aren't indirectly kissing Matt "ball bounce" Connolly's bottom your moaning about the team away from home in one way or another. IDIOT.

Well, the Club did put out it's own message last week to the effect that SD was having some problems and had been given some time off. They also said they would be making no further comment in order to respect the man's privacy. Thanks to some hand wringing, some wild speculation and distinctly average journalism the man's privacy became an irrelevance.
I think it's laughable that some think that's okay because they feel it is their right to speculate as to what might be wrong with him - because this is a message board for exactly that sort of conjecture. No it's not.
It's not the same as the drivel posted by the itk wannabe's with their transfer rumors or peoples opinions on whether the manager's any good or not or who is the best player stuff - this is a human being with issues in HIS personal life but as usual it turned out as a more dramatic soap story line than Eastenders because fans of the Club he plays for felt it their divine right to diagnose and write him off with zero knowledge of any of the facts.#standuptocancer
