My guess is this is just speculation to fill pages. Pretty obvious we will be trying to off load DJ and Young so there's not a lot of journalistic investigation needed. But, these press people have no idea how Cerny is perceived inside the Club, nor do they know much about his long term condition which prevents him from training/playing beyond a certain limit. They just look at senior pros not in the squad, put 2 and 2 together and hey presto. I don't expect Cerny to go anywhere any more than I expect to hear that he's disgruntled at being left out of the squad. He will mentor our number 3 choice and will also work with the youth players with Bircham and will keep his levels up by playing the odd game as a senior in the U21 league.

Cerny's situation is unfortunate as he is a model pro and deserves a crack with a big championship club

Not sure Dario Grady would have approved the loan when he was in charge though,lol. I have always had a soft spot for Crewe. Wish them all the best of luck. Rob aswell. But as you suggested, probably his level now.
