  • Fabio vs Traore

We desperately need a lefty at LB. We`re losing a dimension going forward when we`re not playing someone with a proper left foot. Fabio or Bosingwa at RB but Traore should be our LB.

Thought Fabio did well down the left today and linked up well with those in front of him.

traore should be brought back imo and fabio used more as a defensive midfielder. kept on being caught out of position today, tho did show some nice touches.

I agree, I am not a fan of a right back playing at left back unless your name happens to be Philip Lahm. Fabio played well, but Traore would be better suited.

Traore is a good lb for sure but how is his fitness? He lasted 65 minutes last time and did also get injured during preseason. I thought Fabio did fine today..no need to change him. I'd get M'bia instead of Anton, Julio Cesar for Green and hopefully Diakete for Faurlin and we'll look even better composed defensively.

There's no way you drop Fabio after today, I think he's improved game on game after the Swansea 'mare.

I was impressed, but Traore is a better left back. Fabio keeps having to cup back on his right foot which sometimes loses the chance for the early ball in.

Agree. Fabio was good defensively & offensively.
