So you would have rushed on lots of attacking substitutions. Then what would you have done when Anton had to come off injured? Or when Alejandro (as was inevitable) had nothing left in the tank with a fair bit of the match to go? And if you had brought on Hoilet/ Mackie/ whoever, how wd you also have brought on Cisse? So easy being manager from an armchair isn't it?

"Cant believe did not bring on Mackie"
and thats where i stopped reading that post, we had replaced ferdinand and had 2 not match fit central midfielders who had been working their arses of to contain the best team in the country. how many subs do you think are allowed these daysits New Era number 8 i tell thee, bring on the fireworks

Zamora and AJ was really tired after 70 mins and we needed that extra boost that could of got us a 2nd goal
Does make me wonder about MH tactics but his the boss and knows best I suppose
Cisse for Granero was as attacking as we could make then.

last week i was at norwich , the score was even in the latter stages they put on 2 fresh strikers what did sparky do he put on shaun derry when the game was there for the taking, that sayes to me it was more important to hang on to a point than to go for all 3 , im sorry but against norwich u have to go for the win not to contain , his tactics at times do not make sense im undecided about him at the present time , but im sure the fellas upstairs will soon get rid of him if we are in the bottom 3 after 10 games or so' to play swp over hoilett is a strange one as hoilett is a match winner at times where as swp runs, checks inside and loses the ball every time
