I think Boas will be a good manager one day, just think he took the wrong club in Chelsea, then picked wrong again in Spurs.
He seems to be too rash and impulsive in his decisions, I think a smaller club or some more time at Porto would have helped him more.

Agreed. And especially if you take into consideration how well Di Matteo is doing ATM. IMO, he should have left for a spanish or Italian club instead of Tottenham. But, he did also say that he is very satiesfied with the players he currently has at his disposal at Spurs. Another point; They donīt have John Terry as their "assistent manager" . In that respect, I do also think we ourselves can feel quite releived now that Barton has gone.QPR

Yes, you're right about Di Matteo. He's out of his depth at Chelsea too. Again, impulsive decision to stay at Chelsea. He should have taken another job, because he would have gotten a crack at it again eventually. Should have gone out on a high, maybe gone abroad then come back a better manager.
Boas won't finish in the top 4, and his job will probably be determined on how the other big clubs do. Chelsea should be a top 4 club, can they last the season? Everton have started well, can they keep it up? Can Newcastle replicate last season? Liverpool, should be challenging for the top 4. But god that looks like a club that might be in trouble.
