How come Everton are signing Bryan Oviedo (costa rican player) today and everton are in London securing his visa and JC was signed earlier and we can't get him a visa in time?

Him and Park in centre midfield I reckon...

Knowing Hughes he won't play but seeing Diakite out\Faurlin not 100% he will play
            Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
            And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

My understanding of it is that they need clearance from the relevent country's FA that he is not serving a ban or there is no other reason to make him unavailble to play.

Will Barton get clearance then, or doesn't he need it for an EU country?

It's true though. Hughes doesn't do quick debuts, he likes giving players time to train

Cesar already said he would not be playing this weekend as he wanted to say goodbye to the Inter fans on Sunday.
