On behalf of the members of the Big Soccer Korea (BSK for those well-versed in Internet acronyms), I apologize for the rambling inconsistencies and massive generalizations made by the "truest Korean QPR fan ever". Please understand that he does not represent:

    1. The general opinions and attitudes of Korean footy fans.
    2. The general knowledge of Korean footy fans.
    3. Anything related to Korean footy fans except for what may exist in the strange nether of his mental processes.

I will check this periodically to make sure that the Truest Korean QPR fan does not engage in further massive generalizations that do not in anyway represent the opinions of even an iota of BSK and other Korean footy fans. If you would like to engage with members about Korean footy, Park Ji-Sung, and our opinions about QPR, et al. please go to the BSK forums. Additionally, I would like to warn you that many of the posters are NOT QPR fans and we will not try to deceive you as such. However, we will probably engage in reasonable discussion about your club, etc. as we have done with the Swansea AFC fans who have found their way to our little slice of Internet real estate.

I wish your club the best of luck.

Let me tell you as another korean fan who frequents football forums (way more than i should) both in korean and english, i can tell you the majority of korean fans are not "true hardcore fans" of qpr. In fact, as many of you might have already guessed, we probably wouldn't have given two shits about qpr if it weren't for park, and will most likely follow the player to another club should he decide to transfer out in the future.

Yes, it sounds very plastic, but as people on the other side of the world who did not grow up watching qpr play, we don't have any personal connections to the club. Maybe some will come to grow fond of it and become a true supporter in the future, but for now i'm not going to pretend to be one. If you see koreans at the next match, make no mistakes, they're there to watch park ji sung play, not qpr. So please understand if you see them in a united jersey :^^:

And next time someone spouts off saying things like how they've become a hardcore fan over the last few weeks (not to come off sounding hostile to bonheurjh, but come on, really? It's only been 3 months), i'd take it with a huge grain of salt.
god damn it chorok i said i had this.

EDIT: That was supposed to be in all caps. Imagine it in all caps. Because that properly expresses my feel.

I'm an American first, and we're fake nice to everyone until we bomb and pillage you. I don't know if that helps with the feel.

Welcome to the site. The idea is that Tony and the board at QPR want to attract new fans, this will take time and everyone has to start somewhere. We are a club that want to expand and really have to in order to grow and fight the bigger clubs in the EPL. If that means signing players to attract new support then it's a good move and hope in return we can win many new fans.

At the end of the day, it don't matter what anyone else feels, it's how you feel and what makes you happy. I hope your views change and over time, along with others and that you really start to feel a soft spot for QPR and become a fan and one of us.

As many have said it's not easy being a QPR fan, but once your sucked in "There's no turning back", and it becomes a part of you.
